Here at CS Catering Equipment, we are pleased to offer the King Edward Classic Compact 3 in 1 Station, a jacket potato oven also incorporating an integral 2-pot bain marie for hot fillings, storage area and work surface. This striking all in one unit, with overall dimensions of H 560mm x W 460mm x D 480mm has become increasingly popular with smaller food service outlets.

Weighing just 38kg, with an attractive black exterior finish, the 13 Amp, 2965 Watt King Edward Classic Compact 3 in 1 Station unites an economical convection oven with a bright, illuminated display / storage area and independently heated integral bain marie offering two 1.4 litre stainless steel pots with notched lids. The storage area has enough space for about 20 average sized (8-10oz) potatoes.

The stainless steel oven interior (H 220mm x W 320mm x D 270mm) has coved corners and removable trays (W 315mm x D 260mm) for straightforward, safe cleaning and flexible cooking capability. If offers sufficient capacity for about twenty 8-10oz jacket potatoes, with an approximate cooking time of just under an hour.

Appropriate for both back bar or counter top cooking, the unit presents a tempting display of ready to serve jacket potatoes from either side. It has a removable, toughened glass front, complete with “sneeze” screen. A write-on / wipe-off board for the display of daily menus is a useful accessory.

The unit comes with a 12-month parts only guarantee as standard, although a parts and labour warranty may be added at an additional cost.
