Commercial Fryers
The commercial fryer range includes both gas and electric models in counter top and free standing form. Major manufacturers include Lincat, Parry and Roller Grill.
The electric counter top range includes the 5 litre capacity Rollergrill FD50 with 5 removable parts. The Lincat Table Top Fryer LDF2 is a twin pan model with 2 x 4 litre oil capacity. The Parry Double Table Top Electric Fryer PDF9 benefits from thermostatic temperature control and safety thermostat and has a batter plate, with 2 x 9 litre capacity.
Free standing and floor standing electric fryers include the Lincat Single Tank Electric Fryer Silverlink J6 with single basket, front mounted drain taps for oil drainage, batter plates and heavy duty nickel plated baskets. The Parry Heavy Duty Electric Double Pedestal Fryer 660345 includes a heating element within the tank and in contact with the oil to maximise heating and speed, together with energy awareness lights to indicate plates that are in use and 2 x 14 litre capacity litre tanks.
Counter top gas fryers include the Lincat Silverlink DF4 with front oil drainage taps, single tank and twin baskets, batter plates and an 8 litre capacity. The Lincat Counter Top Gas Fryer Silverlink DF7 includes similar features with 2 x 6 litre capacity. Both models have pilot flame operation with Piezo ignition.
Free standing and floor standing gas fryer models include the Pitco Twin Basket Gas Fryer 35 c, with a single tank, twin basket and capacity of 19.5 litres. This model can produce up to 63lbs or 28.6kg per hour. The Parry Heavy Duty Gas Double Pedestal Fryer 630 245 includes burners and a flame tube within the tanks for greater speed and efficiency and a cold zone to increase oil life span. It has 2 x 14 litre capacity tanks and adjustable feet.
Lincat also produces the Doughnut Fryer DC04/N with a drainage shelf and two frying pans which can accommodate up to 12 average size doughnuts at any one time.
