Lincat announce improved design on Silverlink 600 Range

Lincat, one of the leading manufacturers of quality catering equipment in the UK, have announces exciting design changes to their Silverlink 600 range.
All Silverlink 600 electric Lincat fryers have their controls set into the front fascia for operational convenience and safety. This eliminates the need to lean across the fryer tanks, thus reducing the risk of injury.
This new design of the lifting mechanism means the element can be raised to give easy access for cleaning. This change also applies to the Silverlink 600 electric pasta boilers and chargrills.
With this redesign of the hinging mechanism it is possible to change a control thermostat in as little as 10 minutes, or a limit thermostat in as little as 5 minutes. This also simplifies the routing of thermostat capillaries. The new models also incorporate removable panels for quick and easy access to internal components and a cover panel that prevents grease ingress and is easy to remove and refit.
This change affects the DF and J range of fryers, as well as the PB33 & PB66 counter top pasta boiler and ECG6/ECG9 electric chargrills.
This manufacturing updates and changes once again highlight Lincats continual commitment to achieving the best possible quality in their products. This is why Lincat as a manufacturer continue to be one of the most popular brands in the commercial catering equipment market by providing modern, sleek designs intended to provide the professional caterer exactly what they need.
