Specialist Italian producer of slush machines and cold drink dispensers, CAB S.p.A. was founded in 1986 as a manufacturer of bar equipment. Its activity soon progressed to the production of ‘granita’ (slush), yoghurt and sherbet machines and drink dispensing units.

Having previously concentrated on the ice cold end of the market, production activities within the company have heated up to the point where it has, at the other end of the temperature spectrum, recently introduced a hot chocolate machine.

With prices starting from £999, all three models offer the possibility of mixing syrup with alcohol, thanks to a patented double mixing system. All have stainless steel exteriors with impact resistant plastic fittings, are easy to use and clean, have short freezing times and low power consumption, as well as boasting tank capacities of 10 litres, 20 litres or 30 litres depending on the model.

The Italian quality build and design of all three units represent user-friendly functionality and simplicity of cleaning, in addition to their brightly coloured attractiveness. All models have a twelve month return to base warranty, are available under lease or sale agreementand can usually be supplied within 2-5 working days.
