Description
The Blue Seal Evolution Series G594-LS is a 600mm LPG gas chargrill on a leg stand, designed for commercial kitchens requiring a robust cooking surface for grilling and barbecuing. The unit features two 9.8kW 304 stainless steel U-burners for cooking across the heavy-duty grill surface.
The chargrill features reversible heavy-duty top grates, interchangeable drop-on griddle plates and an inclined cooking position to help reduce flare and enhance grease run. Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner provides added operational functionality, while lift-out grates, radiants and baffles make cleaning and servicing easier.
