Any orders over £50.00 (not including VAT) will be delivered free of charge. Orders under this value will incur a carriage charge of £7.50.
All islands, highlands and remote area deliveries will be subject to additional charges for delivery which you will be notified of once we have received the order. Alternatively, please contact the sales office on 01977 687665 to confirm what this charge will be prior to the order being placed.
Delivery as standard is to the kerb side on a ground floor level. In the majority of cases, this will between the hours of 8:30am and 6pm on a normal working day, though please note that this service typically does not include unpacking the item or transferring it onto/into your premises. Larger items may be delivered on a pallet and will need to be moved by the site. All dimensions shown for the products on this website are for the unit itself and does not include packaging, unless otherwise stated.
Priory to dispatch we will need to be made aware of any restrictions that may affect the delivery in any way, such as weight limits or pedestrian zones. Failure to do so could see the delivery being aborted and an additional charge being incurred.
Delivery lead times will vary dependent on the product and manufacturer and further details can be found on individual product pages regarding typical timeframes. All delivery times quoted are based on orders being placed before 12:00pm (midday) Monday-Friday. Any orders placed after this time will fall into the next relevant working day and are subject to stock availability.
Special overnight deliveries may be possible on some products, dependent upon availability and site location. If you require your order urgently please contact the office so we can liaise with our suppliers regarding a custom, expedited delivery. In addition to this, special deliveries are available on some products. If you require the item, for example, to be transported to a first-floor location, once again please contacts the sales office, and where possible, we will give you a price for this service. Similarly, other services such as the disposal and removal of old appliances may also be available.
It is important to note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.
IMPORTANT: It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all items will fit onto their premises. Any charges caused by an aborted delivery due to this will be passed onto the customer.
Goods must be checked on receipt and before you sign the delivery note. Any goods not checked and signed for may not be able to be claimed for, should any issues arise through damage. Any refused delivery charges from suppliers will be passed onto the customer where appropriate.
