1. Standard Delivery Charges

1.1 Any orders over £50.00 (not including VAT) will be delivered free of charge. Orders under this value will incur a carriage charge of £7.50.

1.2 All islands, highlands and remote area deliveries will be subject to additional charges for delivery which you will be made aware of once we have received the order.

1.3 Alternatively, please contact the CS Catering Equipment Ltd. sales office on 01977 687 665 to confirm any charges prior to the order being placed.

2. When ordering a large item

2.1 Delivery as standard for all orders is to the kerb side at a ground floor level.

2.2 Larger items may be delivered on a pallet or in a crate and will need to be moved on to your site/premises by yourself – an unpack and position service may be available at an extra cost, please contact us prior to purchase on 01977 687 665 to discuss if this option is available.

2.3 All dimensions shown for the products on this website are for the unit itself and do not include any packaging, unless otherwise stated.

3. Delivery restrictions

3.1 Prior to dispatch, we must be made aware of any restrictions that may affect the delivery in any way, such as weight limits, access limitations or pedestrianised zones.

This also includes any physical obstacles such as sharp bends, narrow roads, low bridges or weight restricted bridges prior to delivery on 01977 687 665.

This allows for any alternative delivery options to be arranged and ensure that you (the Customer) receive items on time.

3.2 Failure to do so may cause the delivery to be aborted and additional charges may be incurred.

4. Delivery time

4.1 As standard, deliveries are carried out between the hours of 7:30 am and 6:30 pm on a normal working day (Monday - Friday). Please note: This service does not include unpacking the item or transferring it onto/into your premises.

4.2 Delivery lead times will vary dependent upon the product and manufacturer, with further details being found on individual product pages regarding typical delivery time frames or availability.

4.3 All delivery times quoted are based on orders being placed before 12:00 pm (midday) Monday-Friday.

4.4 Any orders placed after this time will fall into the next relevant working day. All delivery times stated are subject to stock availability.

5. Special delivery options

5.1 Special overnight deliveries may be possible on some products, dependent upon availability and site location.

5.2 If you require your order urgently please contact the CS Catering Equipment Ltd. sales office on 01977 687 665, so we are able to liaise with our suppliers regarding a custom, expedited delivery.

In addition to this, special deliveries are only available on selected products.

5.3 If you require the item, for example, to be transported to a first-floor location, once again please contacts the CS Catering Equipment Ltd. sales office, and where possible, we will provide you with a price for this service.

Similarly, other services such as the disposal and removal of old appliances may also be available for an additional cost.

It is important to note that delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control.

IMPORTANT: It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure all items will fit onto their premises. Any charges caused by an aborted delivery due to this will be passed onto the customer.

6. Refusal of goods

6.1 Goods must be checked upon receipt and before you sign the delivery note.

6.2 Any goods not checked and signed for may not be able to be claimed for, should any issues arise due to damage.

6.3 Any failed delivery charges from suppliers will be passed onto the customer where appropriate.
