The Blue Seal Evolution Series G594-LS is a 600mm natural gas chargrill mounted on a leg stand, designed for professional kitchens. It features two 9.8kW 304 stainless steel U-burners and reversible heavy-duty top grates for versatile commercial grilling.
The chargrill features an inclined cooking position to reduce flare and enhance grease run-off, with interchangeable drop-on griddle plates for additional cooking flexibility. Lift-out grates, radiants and baffles make cleaning easier, while flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner provides controlled operation.
