Initially founded in 1976 by Frank Dittmann and Werner Schwarzbäcker in the small German town of Wolfratshausen, the brand has become synonymous with innovation. Convotherm produced the very first combination ovens with an integrated energy saving system, hand shower and touch screen panel for easy programming.
