This form-conscious convection oven features a heavy duty turbine with an auto-reverse function that achieves exceptional results by changing the fan direction every 2 minutes to provide perfectly even heat throughout the oven chamber at up to 300°C.

The integral Quartz/infrared grill is amazing at browning, gratinating and grilling meats and more whilst still benefiting from the circulated air to create dishes that are as appetising as they are attractive.

Push button stream injection (requires water supply) applies a pre-set quantity of water at high temperature enhancing the baking experience.
