Designed without a gantry, this plain top hot cupboard features a fan-assisted heating system, providing even heat distribution. It accommodates up to eight 1-1 GN 150mm deep containers (not included) and includes removable rear sliding stainless steel doors for easy access to stored items.
Constructed with front and side base panels made from durable leather grain plastisol steel in a stylish merlin grey (BS 18B25), the GHCP4 combines functionality and a professional appearance. The operator side control panel features a thermostat for precise temperature control, along with a neon mains power on/off switch for straightforward operation. Lockable castors ensure easy mobility and secure placement in any kitchen environment.
