The CED GHP2 Electric Hot Cupboard is an efficient and compact solution for keeping food warm in catering environments. Featuring a ceran glass hotplate top without a gantry, this unit accommodates two 1-1 GN flat-bottom dishes/lids (not included). Below the hotplate, the fan-assisted hot cupboard includes removable stainless steel sliding doors and two tiers of adjustable/removable internal grid shelves, offering flexible storage for plates and GN containers.
Constructed from durable leather grain plastisol steel in a sleek merlin grey (BS 18B25), the GHP2 combines functionality with a professional appearance. The control panel is conveniently located on the operator side, providing easy access to thermostatic controls and neon on/off switches for the mains power and ceran top. Lockable castors ensure mobility and secure placement in any kitchen setting.
