The CED GHP4 Electric Hot Cupboard is a versatile and efficient solution for keeping food warm in commercial catering environments. Featuring a ceran glass hotplate top without a gantry, this unit accommodates four 1-1 GN flat-bottom dishes/lids (not included). The fan-assisted hot cupboard below is equipped with removable stainless steel sliding doors and two tiers of adjustable/removable internal grid shelves, providing ample storage for plates and GN containers.
Constructed from durable leather grain plastisol steel in an elegant merlin grey (BS 18B25), the GHP4 combines style with practicality. The control panel is conveniently located on the operator side, allowing easy access to thermostatic controls and neon on/off switches for the mains power and ceran top. With lockable castors, this hot cupboard offers mobility and secure placement in any kitchen setting.
