Double Floor Standing Fryer has electric heating of the "Y" shaped tank which, by radiant elements, is placed under the tank. The regulation ranges from 105 degrees Celsius to 185 degrees Celsius (safety thermostat). Also, the appliances are built in compliance with the current standards (CE).
