Hallde CC-32S Combi Cutter

The Hallde CC-32S is a quality combination food preparation machine that comes with a half-moon feed cylinder and stainless steel bowl and made to process 2 kg of raw produce per minute or 10-80 portions per day.

The CC-32S unit has two speeds which switch depending on what preparation top is mounted, with a minimum speed of 500 rpm and max speed of 1450rpm allowing you plenty of control.

Controlled via a turning knob instead of buttons. Vegetable preparation top is of 0.9 litre with a tube/feeder of 53 mm in diameter.

A 3 litre capacity bowl is included and has an internal scraper system with three scrapers, to ensure that every piece of food placed within is thoroughly processed.

Knives for the bowl cutter are serrated, meaning clean cuts and smooth processed raw dishes. 

The CC-32S machine base and knife chamber is constructed from ABS-plastic.

The Hallde CC-32S is controlled with a turning knob for ease of use and has handles for easy mobility.

The cutting blade can be rotated clockwise via a self-tensioned toothed belt /motor.

The cutting tools (see accessories on the tab below) are made of stainless steel, 185 mm in diameter and washable in dishwasher.
