Hallde VCB-62 Vertical Cutter/Blender

The Hallde VCB-62 is a vertical cutter blender that chops, grinds, mixes, purees, blends and minces meat, aromatic butter, dressings, desserts, purees,pates, soups etc. Operating at two speeds (1500/3000rpm), this unit has a pulse function and is simply controlled by turning a knob. The VCB-62 has an aluminium base. The aluminium knife unit has four knives - two large serrated cutting knives and two smaller turning knives.

The Hallde VCB-62 comes complete with a 6 litre stainless steel bowl, has a sealed lid, and features a scraper system consisting of four xylex scrapers.
