ISA Delta RV Ventilated Scoop Ice Cream Display

The ISA Delta RV is a premium ventilated gelato display with some unique features. Its ultra compact design fits 12 Napoli pans into a footprint of only 1276mm by 819mm making it ideal where space is at a premium. It also has a dual zone refrigeration system allowing for two different temperatures, meaning you to serve ice cream, gelato and sorbets at the temperature and texture you require for your product (6 pans on the left and 6 pans on the right have a separate temperature controlled zone with its own ventilated air flow to keep it's own precise temperature). The unit also includes night storage covers, which when not in use fit into the rear of the cabinet, and when required slide over the ice cream at night preserving the quality of the produce without having to remove from the cabinet into separate frozen storage. The whole cabinet is convenient, quality and compact.
