Cooking string can be used an incredibly varied range of kitchen tasks, our cooking string is wax coated for added versatility.

More than suitable for tying up meat, trussing the wings and legs of birds before cooking, fastening herbs or bacon to joints of meat and securing parchment parper to dishes or ramekins for souffles.

Useful in baking too, this string can be cooked/roasted and seared with affecting the final cooked product.
