25 adjustable shelves are present, allowing for optimum organisation as per your requirements, allowing for usage of standard Euronorm bakers trays (60cm x 40cm or 60cm x 80cm). 

The simple ergonomic handle can be reversed from right-handed as standard to the left side if this is preferred. Doors remain open at 90° for easy loading and unloading during bust periods and close safely and automatically under 60° to help prevent loss of cold air within the cabinet itself.
