Providing the perfect serving solution without a loss of heat, the Lincat BM3 Bain Marie is perfect for pre-cooked foods at serving temperature for up to two hours.

With adjustable hat control, you can set the temperature of storage depending on the foodstuff being stored. Meaning more options for hot and cold food storage, the Lincat BM3 Bain Marie offers a wide variety of options for a working kitchen or front-of-house service option.

The low power electric unit comes fitted with rubber feet, for stability on a wide variety of surfaces, you can be sure that this won't slip from smooth and slippery work surfaces.

As part of the Silverlink 600 modular kitchen range, the Lincat BM3 Bain Marie works well as a standalone unit, or as part of the Silverlink 600 counter-top.

The whole range includes fryers, griddles, gills, induction heaters, pasta boilers, over ranges, boiling tops and the bain marie options.
