Lincat CO223T Touch Screen Convection Oven

This two shelf convection oven can hold up to two gastronorm pans sized at 1/1 GN. It is able to roast, braise, bake and reheat - all in one compact counter top unit.

This touch model can be operated in three modes – manual, shelf timer or phased. The phased option allows you to program up to 4 cooking stages. Individual temperatures, humidity levels, fan speeds and times can be assigned to each.
