Description

Food warming drawers are a great way to keep food ready for cooking or serving without needing to keep a constant eye on them or reducing valuable counter and worktop space.

Able to keep bread, meat and vegetables warm and succulent for extended periods, this Lincat FWDG consists of a heated water reservoir at the base which provides humidity and 2 large stainless steel drawers which accept 100mm deep 1/1GN dishes.

Ideal for usage in all kinds of service industry businesses, the FWDG has removable drawers and a water tray for easy access and cleaning. 2 gastronorm containers are supplied as standard, together with a perforated tray.

A thermostatic control unit maintains internal temperatures between 64-70°C, which keeps food above the legal minimum for serving temperature, easing the burden on your busy kitchen.

The inbuilt water reservoir helps stop food from drying out and also ensures that food does not shrink or waste whilst being kept at the perfect temperature throughout the duration of storage.

Effective at maintaining food at serving temperature for much longer than other appliances, the Lincat FWDG is capable of withstanding knocks, bumps, scuffs and bruises that come with placement and usage within a commercial kitchen environment.

With dimensions of 485mm(h) x 620mm(w) x 585mm(d), this spacious and robust unit has an actual storage space within internal drawers of 110mm(h) x 503mm(w) x 298mm(d) giving you plenty of scope for usage.
