Each tank has a capacity of 4 litres, with heavy duty wire spun baskets providing extra-long life even when used extensively. Consistent cooking results are achieved by the thermostatically controlled tanks, which are capable of temperatures from 130°C to 190°C.

Whilst the LDF2 also features an interlock which cuts the power if the fryer head is not positioned correctly.
