Description

Electric salamander grills are compact and extremely versatile, whilst also providing exceptional cooking results, the Lincat LGT salamander grill is a perfect example of commercial catering excellence.

A counter top grill, that can be wall mounted for even more kitchen flexibility, this unit is made from long-lasting and durable stainless steel for a quality look whilst also helping aid the cleaning process.

With a low power rating of 3kW, the LGT is ideal for mobile or outside caterers as well as cafe, restaurants, fast food outlets, takeaways, pizzerias and canteens. A 13 amp plug and lead is fitted as standard.

Capable of cooking steaks, burgers, kebabs and more, the LGT can produce 144 slices of toast of 72 x 115g (4oz) burgers from frozen per hour. Exceptional output for such a compact and sleek model.

Even heat throughout the grill tray combined with a high output makes this a powerful and robust option for caterers of all types and sizes.

Solidly constructed but relatively lightweight at 12kg, this salamander grill has ample space for all types of food with grill trays measuring in at 415mm x 230mm.
