The top-mounted dial thermostats, along with the digital timers and alarms, ensure consistent cooking every time. Each tank is independently controlled, so you can cook at two different temperatures or power down one side during quieter hours to save energy.

Cleaning is a breeze thanks to the hinged elements and front-mounted drain taps—no need to lift heavy pans of oil. Simply place a container underneath and open the tap. The V-shaped pans optimise oil drainage, making the fryer ready for cleaning and refilling. The stainless steel lids protect the oil when not in use.
