This Polar U-Series gastronorm saladette counter is great for storing your most used ingredients close to hand, thanks to it's large storage capacity. You can house five 1/1 gastronorms pans across the top of the unit and 476 litres of storage across it's four doors. The unit has a powerful forced air cooling system which keeps the temperature consistent, allowing you to open the doors during any potential busy periods.
