A modular professional fryer, the Roller Grill RFE12 countertop electric fryer includes a large 12-litre capacity which allows you to create a whole host of popular fried dishes.

Made to be easy to use, the maximum temperature is set at 190C but with a dial switch allowing you to regulate power and temperature as you set fit.

Draining the tank is also a doddle, with the tank being ever-so-slightly titled to aide this process, meaning a direct oil flow removes any oil from the tank when you wish to access the draining tap.

Adjustable feet allow for placement on uneven floors, whilst the free-standing nature means you don't have to place this on a countertop, access is made easier and safer for many larger scale kitchen areas.

Made almost completely from stainless steel, the construction means that the RFE12 is a robust fryer, it can take the everyday punishment doled out by the rigours of a busy service period and keep coming back for more.
