Valentine EVO200 Free Standing Electric Fryer

Part of Valentine's Evolution range, the EVO200 is a compact free standing fryer with a tank capacity of 7-8 litres. With an output of up to 23kg of chips per hour, this unit is perfect for a wide range of catering establishments.

The design of EVO200 incorporates what is known as a small cool zone. This ensures that less oil is required to fill the tank while maintaining the high output rate and quality that Valentine fryers are known for. With the reduction of oil and heat, this makes the EVO200 one of the most efficient units around.<.p>

The pan is constructed out of a single stainless steel. Thanks to its smooth and rounded construction, the fryer is much more hygienic and easier to clean than units with welded and fixed joints.

And as with all Valentine fryers, the Valentine EVO200 comes with a folding lid, basket and oil bucket as standard.
