Valentine EVO200T Free Standing Electric Fryer

Part of Valentine's Evolution range of free standing fryers, the EVO200T is a slimline electric fryer with an 8-litre capacity tank and turbo heating elements. Thanks to these turbo elements, it is capable of a 32kg per hour output and has a faster recovery and turnaround time than other models, making it suitable for a wide range of high capacity kitchens.

Pressed out of a single sheet of stainless steel, the Valentine EVO200T's pan does not have any welded or bolted joints, making it much easier to clean - not to mention more hygienic.

As well as coming with a folding lid, and a drain valve, the fryer incorporates a small cool zone which helps minimise the amount of oil needed to fill the tank.
