Valentine EVO250 Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine EVO250 is an electric fryer with a tank capacity of up to ten litres. With its small cool zone and pivoting heating elements, it is capable of an output of around 25kg per hour, making it ideal for a wide number of catering establishments and kitchens.

The fryer is made from a solitary sheet of stainless steel. By pressing each pan from a single sheet, Valentine is able to create fryers with a smooth and rounded profile which is not only easy to clean but more hygienic than other models which have welded or bolted joints.

The EVO250 also has a small cool zone, which means that less oil is required to fill the fryer, therefore saving you money on operating costs.

As with the majority of Valentine free-standing fryers, the EVO250 single electric tank fryer comes with flanged feet, a folding lid, a drain valve (with security lock) and a pivoting heating element.
