Valentine EVO400 Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine EVO400 is a single tank, twin basket electric fryer that has an output of up to 46kg per hour.

As is the case with the majority of Valentine's EVO range of fryers, the EVO400 has a pivoting heating element, a drain valve and ample storage space.

The tank is constructed out of a solitary piece of stainless steel. By pressing each pan from a single sheet of metal, Valentine is able to ensure a perfectly rounded and smooth profile, one that is absent of any welded or bolted joints. Not only does this approach ensure that the fryer is aesthetically attractive, it also makes their range of fryers much easier to clean and maintain that other, comparable models.

Finally, the unit has been designed to be as efficient as possible. It features improved insulation in order to minimise heat and energy loss and also has what is known as a small cool zone, which enables the fryer to generate optimal results with a smaller amount of oil.
