Valentine EVO400T Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine EVO400T is free standing electric fryer with turbo style heating elements. With its upgraded element, this fryer is capable of producing up to 64kg of chips per hour, that's a whopping 18kg more than the standard EVO400 model.

As with all Valentine fryers, the EVO400T has a pivoting heating element, a drain valve, security lock and ample storage space within the unit itself.

The fryer's tank is constructed out of a solitary piece of stainless steel. By pressing this single sheet, the Swiss-based manufacturer is able to create a tank that is free from any bolts or welded joints, thereby creating a more hygienic and efficient tank that those made by rival companies.
