Valentine EVO600 Free Standing Electric Fryer

The Valentine EVO600 is a single tank, twin basket electric fryer with a tank capacity of 25-28 litres.

With its bigger basket, this free standing model from the Swiss manufacturers Valentine is capable of turning over up to 68kg of chips per hour, making it perfect for a wide-range of catering establishments and kitchens.

The EVO600's tank is pressed from a solitary sheet of stainless steel. This practice enables Valentine to create a perfectly smooth tank, one devoid of any bolted or welded joints. This makes the fryer far easier to clean than other models, and more hygienic too.

The fryer also sports a small cool zone, which ensures that less oil is required to fill the tank without impacting the unit's efficency or performance. This means that it costs less to run!

Like all of Valentine's free standing electric fryers, the EVO600 comes with a ball valve, a drain valve, a pivoting heating element and ample storage space within the unit itself.
