Blue Seal E506D Electric Oven Range

The Blue Seal E506D is an electric oven range that has six open cooking elements. Part of Blue Seal's Evolution series, this heavy duty appliance finished in 304 grade stainless steel is a proven and capable performer for a wide variety of cooking tasks.

Alongside its six 2.4kw radiant elements, the E506D has a static electric oven which has a temperature range of 50-320°C. This oven is 2/1 gastronorm compatible and has four different rack positions, which allows operators to configure the oven as they wish. Heat is evenly distributed via cast iron sole plates and a heavy duty fan system. A drop down door allows for easy access to and from the cooking cavity.

For its size, the oven range is surprisingly maneuverable. A brake is fitted as standard to secure the unit in place, but the base features swivel castors at the rear and adjustable legs at the front, enabling it be adjusted and moved to suit you and your kitchen.
