The Blue Seal Evolution Series G594-B is a 600mm bench model gas chargrill designed for professional kitchens. It features two 9.8kW 304 stainless steel U-burners and reversible heavy-duty top grates for reliable commercial grilling performance.

The chargrill is designed for practical operation and easy maintenance, with interchangeable drop-on griddle plates, an inclined cooking position to reduce flare and improve grease run-off, and removable grates, radiants and baffles for cleaning. Flame failure protection with a continuous pilot burner provides additional operational control.
