The Blue Seal Evolution Series G594-B is a 600mm bench model gas chargrill designed for professional kitchens. This natural gas model features two 9.8kW 304 stainless steel U-burners and reversible heavy-duty top grates for versatile commercial grilling.

The chargrill features an inclined cooking position to reduce flare and enhance grease run-off, while interchangeable drop-on griddle plates provide additional cooking flexibility. Lift-out grates, radiants and baffles make cleaning easier, with flame failure protection and a continuous pilot burner included for controlled operation.
