The Blue Seal GT45 gas powered fryer provides the perfect platform for your fried food aspirations.

This single pan commercial grade gas fryer is fully modular, meaning it can be placed within an existing kitchen system or combined with all manner of Blue Seal Evolutions series products to create a fully encompassing kitchen solution.

With a patented infra-red burner system, the GT45 has a 20L oil capacity for easy cooking of potatoes, chicken, fish and much more.

A floor model, designed and crafted from stainless steel — with a double-skinned door and room for storage — the Blue Seal GT45 also includes rear rollers for simple moving and placement in a variety of kitchen spaces.

Capable of cooking up to 31kg of food produce per hour, this unit comes complete with 2 stainless steel fryer baskets as standard, and a large capacity cool zone for safe food cooling.

Easy to use and control, the GT45 comes with mechanical dial controls for tactile feedback and minor adjustments made incredibly easy.

Designed not only for incredibly easy usage and quality cooking results, Blue Seal have considered the entire user hygiene process when producing their exceptional Evolution series fryers. The GT45 can easily be emptied, and opened for full cleaning when and where necessary.
