Part of Blue Seal's signature Turbofan range, the P8M Holding Cabinet is sleek, compact and ideal for the professional kitchen.

Easy to use, kitchen staff and bakers can control the auto-fill humidity generator and holding cabinet functions through a number of easy to use rotary dial controls, making it easy to achieve the consistent results that you require.

Though designed to be a standalone unit, the P8M can also be stacked and combined with the Blue Seal E32D4 to create one complete cooking and baking system.

A plug-in connection to the electrical supply makes it easy to install, whilst a fully insulated double-skin cavity construction helps to ensure efficient and even proofing.
