The CED GHP5 Electric Hot Cupboard is a versatile and robust solution for keeping food warm in various catering environments. Featuring a ceran glass hotplate top without a gantry, this unit accommodates five 1-1 GN flat-bottom dishes/lids (not included). The fan-assisted hot cupboard beneath includes removable stainless steel sliding doors and two tiers of adjustable/removable internal grid shelves, providing flexible storage for plates and GN containers.
Constructed from durable leather grain plastisol steel in an elegant merlin grey (BS 18B25), the GHP5 combines functionality with a professional appearance. The control panel is conveniently located on the operator side, allowing for easy access to thermostatic controls and neon on/off switches for the mains power and ceran top. Lockable castors ensure mobility and secure placement in any kitchen setting.
