This Twin Deck Pizza Oven is heated by a top and bottom electric armoured element(s). Being set by thermostats (50 to 400 degrees Celsius ) with a serial analogue thermometer, it actually uses a safety thermostat. Also, the equipment is manufactured with the following (CE) standards in force.
