This multifunctional soup kettle has been designed to be both an eye-catching front of house point of service and display and a kitchen workhorse.

With its traditional design and stylish black finished, the Dualit 70012 Soup Kettle (also known as the Dualit 11 Litre Hotpot) can be used with either wet or dry heat, which in turn lends itself to a number of foodservice options such as chili, curry and mulled wines.

Power comes from a 850w longlife element which features a double pole variable simmerstat and a failsafe overriding thermostat.
