The Dualit 71100 (also known as the Dualit Hotpot), is a traditionally designed, ten litre capacity soup kettle made from solid aluminium and featuring a stainless steel inner lining. With its subtle and stylish aesthetics, it is the perfect fit for a wide range of catering establishments.

Internally, the Dualit soup kettle features long life heating elements which heats and holds soup to user-specified temperatures and it also has a removable, hinged lid and comes with hook-on display cards.
