Description

The Foster BCT 22-12 is a medium-capacity blast chiller and freezer designed to provide reliable, high-performance food chilling and freezing in professional kitchens. With a 22kg chilling capacity and 12kg freezing capacity, the unit can blast chill food from +70°C to +3°C within 90 minutes or blast freeze 12kg from +70°C to -18°C within 240 minutes. The Foster Circular air circulation system draws air horizontally across the food surface, providing effective and efficient cooling performance.

Built for demanding commercial use, the BCT 22-12 features durable 304 stainless steel construction, a full solid door and an intuitive touch control panel with colour-coded cycle status. Multiple programming options provide flexible operation, while the temperature probe supports accurate monitoring throughout each cycle. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system and supplied 80mm castors provide improved stability and easy positioning when required.
