The Foster BFT15 Blast Freezer is a compact, high-performance freezing solution designed for smaller commercial kitchens and foodservice outlets. With a 15kg freezing capacity, it can blast freeze food from +70°C to -18°C within 240 minutes, while also offering a blast chilling function for added flexibility. The robust 304 stainless steel construction provides durability and easy cleaning, making it well suited to demanding professional environments.

An intuitive touch control panel provides simple programming and clear colour-coded cycle status, while the automatic hold mode maintains products at -18°C once the freezing cycle is complete. The bottom-mounted refrigeration system helps maximise stability and performance, with a temperature probe for accurate monitoring and 80mm castors supplied for easy positioning.
