ISA Super CAPRI 12 Ventilated Scoop Ice Cream Display

A premium gelato and ice cream display, the Super Capri is designed to give maximum visual impact. The cabinet has clean contemporary lines, with large glass panels coupled with crisp LED interior lighting to present your gelato in the best way possible. The display is angled towards the customer (at 11 degrees ) to give a better view of the produce. The unit also has a unique double airflow cooling system that allows separate cool air flow over each row of pans, allowing for more even cooling while reducing temperature differential over the product keeping it looking and tasting at its very best. The display has heated glass to the front, top and sides to reduce any chance of condensation build while the front glass hinges to allow cleaning.
