A compact griddle unit, the Lincat ECG6 electric chargrill provides your kitchen with a dedicated grilling unit that produces fantastic looking and great-tasting food in no time at all.

With a generous 465mm x 400mm cooking area, the grooved grill plate helps with heat flow and provides attractive searing marks, a signature on all grilled foods.

The ECG6's power load is rated at 8kW, meaning that this unit has to be hardwired.

Lincat's renowned attention to details is evident in every aspect of the ECG6, which features a fully welded design that eliminates common grease and dirt traps found on rival models. Not only does this design help hygiene standards and processes, a fully stainless steel body ensures that this unit is perfectly capable of withstanding a demanding kitchen environment.

The electric powered chargrill features high heat retention for even better cooking results at low temperatures, this is due in part, to the 2mm thick quality stainless steel cooking surface.

Hinged heating elements ensure that cleaning and access for cleaning or adjustments is made incredibly easy.

An integral water bath provides humidity and keeps food moist and succulent, without causing food to dry out or food shrinkage. With a front facing drainage tap, you can empty and refill without having to cool the cooking grid. A high-temperature safety cut-out prevents issues if the water bath happens to run day, protecting the working parts of the unit and promoting chargrill longevity.

Countertop placement is made easy with height adjustable nitrile feet, which prevent slipping.
