Description

The Lincat FDB5 is an incredibly versatile multi-purpose chilled display unit that is at home in front-of-house location and back-of-house locations. Designed to enhance your preparation systems, whilst also providing you with an attractive way to display foods in buffet lines and self service salad bar locations.

A stylish unit, the FDB5 provides your establishment with a hygienic and safe way to not only display foods but store them before preparation.

Measuring at 245mm(h) x 1222mm(w) x 375mm(d) and an electrical power rating of 175W, this low power consuming unit is perfect for countertop placement on long bar spaces.

Able to accomodate 5 x 100mm deep 1/3 Gastronorm containers, this chilled storage unit achieves temperatures from 3°C to 7°C in ambient conditions up to 25°C and 60% relative humidity. 

With a well base and side refrigeration, the entire unit is kept cool throughout without dipping or raising in temperature.
