With a solid 12mm thick machined steel plate to ensure even heat distribution and exceptional heat retention, this half-ribbed griddle plate provides you with a range of cooking options for attractive and enticing seared foods.

This griddle plate includes independently controlled dual heat zones for yet more flexibility and thermostatic controls ensure greater consistency and accurate results.

The GS7/R can cook up to 190 x 4oz (115g) burgers per hour directly from frozen, or 140 x 8oz (225g) medium steak per hour. Making this a high-volume cooking option for cafes, bars, restaurants and much more.

A very versatile 712 x 405mm cooking plate provides your establishment with a fantastic level of cooking options.
