A compact counter top unit, the LBR2 is lightweight at just 10kg, and more than capable of meeting the demands of your commercial kitchen or outdoor catering business.

Manufactured from grade 430 stainless steel and with two powerful hot plates, that are fully sealed for incredibly easy cleaning; with diameters of 180mm or 7".

With Simmerstat heat control, which has six distinct positions for added heat control. The unit also features automatic power reduction facility that works by reducing heat when a pan has been removed from a hot plate, or is boiling dry; this helps increase the life of the hot plate.

Simply plug in and start cooking, this is a hard-wearing and built to perform in medium output establishments.

Crafted to look as well as it performs, the Lincat LBR2 is sleek and easy-to-clean, in part due to the minimal design and sealing. Visible seams and fasteners are kept to an absolute minimum in the design, therefore preventing where grime and grease to collect.
