This double decked pizza oven is cable of cooking 8 x 12" (30cm) pizzas at the same time, perfect for busy takeaways and pizzerias looking to increase their service capabilities.

A sturdy unit, not limited to just pizzas the PO430-2 is more than capable of cooking other foods such as jacket potatoes, pies, lasagne, pastries, garlic bread and much more. With a large double glazing viewing window and soft internal lighting, you can keep track of whatever is placed within. Not only that, this showpiece pizza oven can attract and wow your guests when in usage in front-of-house locations.

With a thick 16mm Firebrick base, crisp and well-cooked pizzas are made incredibly easy.

Designed for usage in a counter top location, the Lincat PO430-2 has height adjustable nitrile feet for flexible counter placement; an optional floor stand is available at an extra cost to conversion to a free-standing pizza oven that includes useful under-shelf storage.

Thermostatic control can be found on the upper elements, with an energy regulator found controlling the lower elements; this allows you to control the top and the base of the unit completely separately, unlike some other pizza ovens.

The initial heat up from cold process takes just 40 minutes to 240°C; with the oven capable of heat settings from 80°C to a maximum of 480°C. Plenty of scope for cooking a wide range of pizza products and much more.

Temperature can be monitored quickly and easily via the built-in temperature display gauge, that allows you to both monitor heat during the cooking process and adjust the temperature accordingly.

A space conscious unit, the PO-430-2 has external dimensions of 675mm(h) x 966mm(w) x 1002mm(d). Each oven has internal dimensions of 150mm(h) x 620mm(w) x 620mm(d).
