The FAB052E includes a 4.3" touch screen LCD electronic control panel with the ability to manage up to 9 cooking stages for each program.

An external stainless steel smoke generator with ash tray makes traditional hot and cold smoking possible, combining the benefits and quality of low temperature cooking ovens.
